Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

ProStrong orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders are shipped UPS and your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Most orders will arrive in 3-7 days. 

Due to restrictions we are unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Guam.
